Orders are generally sent out within a few days. However, some products will require up to 3 weeks to be delivered. If there is a delay we will let you know as soon as it occurs.

TELEPHONE orders can be placed by calling 08 8120 0469 during our business hours (Monday – Friday, 9-5pm ACST). However ordering online is the most efficient method of shopping with Assistive Style.
We primarily accept Visa, Mastercard and Stripe as payment options.
If necessary, we will accept Cheques, Money Orders and Bank Transfers. If you wish to use these methods, please email us via our form.

Orders that have not been paid for within 7 days are cancelled.
As we care for the environment, where possible, we use recycled packaging materials. So, please don’t be surprised if you find some packing that was once a part of a newspaper, box or other item.
If you could reuse the packaging materials, then we and the environment will be appreciative.
FREE SHIPPING on all orders greater than $50.
The postage costs vary depending on the product weight, dimensions, delivery address, delivery method and how many products are in your order. Please use the ‘Calculate Shipping’ section to get a quote on the shipping/delivery costs.
We uphold all appropriate rights for repairs, replacements and refunds under the Australian Consumer Law.
This is clearly detailed by the Government ACCC – Your shopping rights, so we won’t waste your time repeating them.

If you request a refund for choosing an incorrect size Assistive Style will not be responsible for the return and re-send postage costs.
