Shipping/Delivery & Returns

We deliver to any address within Australia and we also deliver to international addresses.

If you do not live within Australia, please contact us for a quote on the product and postage.

Orders are generally sent out within one week. However, some products will require up to 3 weeks to be delivered. If there is a delay we will let you know as soon as it occurs.

Orders can be placed via our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the world, to anywhere in the world.

TELEPHONE orders can be placed by calling 08 8120 0469 during our business hours (Monday - Friday, 9-5pm AEST). However ordering online is the most efficient method of shopping with Assistive Style.

PayPal Acceptance Mark
We primarily accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal as payment options.

If necessary, we will accept Cheques, Money Orders and Bank Transfers. If you wish to use these methods, please email us and let us know.

Payments will be processed using Australian Dollars.

Our e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.

Orders that have not been paid for within 7 days are cancelled.

As we care for the environment, where possible, we use recycled packaging materials. So, please don't be surprised if you find some packing that was once a part of a newspaper, box or other item.

If you could reuse the packaging materials, then we and the environment will be appreciative.

Postage Costs
For postage within Australia we use a basic system that analyses the weight of the product/s and calculates the cheapest delivery cost.

Generally, this will be:
< 500 grams = $8.00
501 Grams - 1 Kilogram = $12.00
1.01 - 2.5 Kilograms = $15.00
2.51 - 4.99 Kilograms = $20.00
5.00 - 15.0 Kilograms = $35.00
> 15.01 Kilograms = $50.00

We're constantly on the lookout for even cheaper and better options. So, if you would like to suggest one, please feel free to contact us.

Repair, replacement or refund
We uphold all appropriate rights for repairs, replacements and refunds under the Australian Consumer Law.

This is clearly detailed by the Government ACCC - Your shopping rights, so we won't waste your time repeating them.

Be assured that we'll ensure your happiness with the product/s and our services and uphold all of your rights.

If you request a refund for choosing an incorrect size Assistive Style will not be responsible for the return and re-send postage costs.
